Program Name and Description

The CPDNY, Inc. Employee SMS Program is an internal messaging program for CPDNY employees who have provided consent to receive text messages. The program may be used for employee timekeeping, including clock-in and clock-out communications, and for operational communications such as time-card reminders, scheduling information, work-related notices, company announcements, and other employment-related communications. It is not a customer marketing or promotional program.

Consent and Enrollment

Employees enroll by providing their mobile telephone number and giving explicit consent on a CPDNY paper SMS consent form. Signed forms are retained by CPDNY as records of consent. Participation in SMS messaging is voluntary. After enrollment, CPDNY may send a confirmation message describing the program and how to obtain help or opt out.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. The number of messages depends on employee timekeeping activity and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging or data plan.

Opt Out and Help

To stop SMS messages, reply STOP at any time. After an opt-out request is processed, no further messages will be sent to that mobile number unless the employee later provides valid consent to resume messaging. CPDNY may use other appropriate channels to communicate employment-related or operational information.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, or other factors outside CPDNY's control.

Privacy

Information associated with this SMS program is handled in accordance with the CPDNY, Inc. Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes

CPDNY may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version.
