CPDNY, Inc.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2026

CPDNY, Inc. (“CPDNY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals whose information we receive in connection with our business operations and employee communications. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect, how we use it, and our practices relating to SMS messaging.

Information We Collect

Depending on your relationship with CPDNY, we may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, contact information, email address, mobile telephone number, employment-related contact information, communications with us, and information necessary to administer internal business operations and employee timekeeping.

How We Use Information

We may use information to communicate with employees and other individuals, administer business and employment operations, maintain timekeeping and related records, respond to inquiries, provide requested information, maintain security and operational records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Employee SMS Messaging

CPDNY operates an internal SMS program for employees. Employees who provide consent may use SMS for work-related purposes such as clocking in and clocking out and may receive operational messages including time-card reminders, scheduling information, work-related notices, company announcements, and other employment-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS privacy: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers as necessary to operate our communications and business systems, subject to appropriate restrictions and applicable law. SMS consent is specific to CPDNY's messaging program and is not sold or transferred for third-party marketing.

SMS Choices

Employees may reply STOP to an SMS message to stop receiving messages at that mobile number and may reply HELP for assistance. Stopping SMS does not prevent CPDNY from using other appropriate communication methods for employment or operational matters.

Information Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information in our possession. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, for legitimate business and recordkeeping needs, and as required by applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version.
